forms create an automatic spreadsheet - cool
forms is a subset of the Docs part of the Google Apps for Ed suite
primary reason to utilize forms is integration with Google Suite as opposed to stand-alone (survey monkey, etc.)
can I use forms to create job tickets? Definitely gonna try it!
can I have a form that triggers other action or questions based on responses??? YES I CAN, use multiple choice questions
